This is a powerful and practical model and a way of being that moves us away from judgment, blame and criticism and toward deeper understanding and heartfelt connection with others. Kathy Ziola, MA, is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication and has been teaching Compassionate Communication in the US and Canada for the past five years.
