UUCGV's Day at the Soup Kitchen (Catholic Outreach Center, from Jan 09, 2010 09:00 AM to Jan 09, 2010 02:00 PM)

The 2nd Saturday of each month, UUCGV volunteers gather to create a delicious and nutritious meal for the homeless, and then to serve it. There are 2 shifts: cooking from 9am - 11am and serving from 12:00 to 2pm. Both shifts are welcome to eat lunch about 11:30am.

Along the way, the friends change into their most outrageous costumes and lip-synch disco tunes -- including plenty of ABBA -- for the outback's befuddled locals.
